We use the steam clean extraction method to clean carpets. Nearly all carpet manufacturers recommend this method. Steam clean extraction is a deep cleaning because soil that is deep in your carpet is removed or extracted.

We move basic furniture such as sofas, coffee tables, and chairs. We cannot move computers, armoires, china cabinets, televisions, electronics, pianos and other large items. If you want bedroom furniture moved, please empty the contents of your dresser drawers and clear off the top of the dresser.

Usually, it takes 4 to 6 hours. Air movement is the key to drying carpet quickly. As long as you have air circulating throughout the house, the carpet will dry quickly. Turn on ceiling fans or central air fans if you have them.

The night before your appointment, it is a good idea to vacuum the carpeted areas to be cleaned. Remove your breakables, figurines, books, plants, etc. from the rooms to be cleaned. Pick up any cords off of carpeted areas. Shortly before our scheduled appointment time, have a space in your driveway available for the technician to park his van. Put your pet in a safe, quiet place so our cleaning won’t disturb it.

It depends on your household. If you have small children, a large family or pets, you need to have your carpets professionally cleaned every 12 to 18 months.

Yes, we can surface clean your rug in your home. We do not recommend cleaning rugs on wood flooring. However, your rug will receive a more thorough washing in our plant. Washing at our plant gives us the time to do our best work and gives you more professional results.

Costs to clean your rug will vary depending on the fiber type, construction type and any pre-existing conditions such as pet urine contamination. We charge from $1.95 to $3.00 per square foot to professionally clean your rug.

Yes. There is an additional charge for pick-up & delivery. The charge will vary from $35 to $100 depending on whether your rugs are already rolled up or if we need to move furniture. However, some furniture such as China cabinets, Armoires, pianos, televisions, and other large items need to be moved prior to our arrival. We do ask that you remove your breakable items such as figurines, dishware, lamps, etc. from all furniture that we will need to move.

We wash rugs at our cleaning facility at 503 Lafayette Boulevard in downtown Fredericksburg. We also offer pick-up and delivery.

Yes. We have staff available 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Please allow us two weeks to thoroughly clean your rug.

Yes, we can store your rug for 30 days at no charge. There is a $30 per month storage fee after 30 days.

The cleaning method used to clean upholstered furniture depends on the fabric. Our trained technicians will take the time to test the fabric to determine the correct cleaning method. We can either dry clean or wet clean your furniture. Whichever method is proven safest for your fabric.

We clean sectional sofas, couches, loveseats, recliners, chairs, ottomans, dining room chairs, office furniture and partitions, chaise lounges and wingback chairs.
