We use the steam clean extraction method to clean carpets. Nearly all carpet manufacturers recommend this method. Steam clean extraction is a deep cleaning because soil that is deep in your carpet is removed or extracted.

We move basic furniture such as sofas, coffee tables, and chairs. We cannot move computers, armoires, china cabinets, televisions, electronics, pianos and other large items. If you want bedroom furniture moved, please empty the contents of your dresser drawers and clear off the top of the dresser.

Usually, it takes 4 to 6 hours. Air movement is the key to drying carpet quickly. As long as you have air circulating throughout the house, the carpet will dry quickly. Turn on ceiling fans or central air fans if you have them.

The night before your appointment, it is a good idea to vacuum the carpeted areas to be cleaned. Remove your breakables, figurines, books, plants, etc. from the rooms to be cleaned. Pick up any cords off of carpeted areas. Shortly before our scheduled appointment time, have a space in your driveway available for the technician to park his van. Put your pet in a safe, quiet place so our cleaning won’t disturb it.

It depends on your household. If you have small children, a large family or pets, you need to have your carpets professionally cleaned every 12 to 18 months.
